Today’s post is about one of the most “popular” art movements of the Modern Era: Pop Art. This movement arose from a rebellion against Abstract Expressionists, that was considered by the Pop Art artists as pretentious and over-intense.

Fruits are most often used in logos because they have pretty and warm colors and they are easy to remember (when you want to establish a better position of the company’s name or products in the consumer’s mind). In today’s article I made a collection of logos with fruity designs.

If in the previous posts I wrote about the influence of art history on modern design and I posted about the Gothic Style – Medieval Period, the Baroque Style – Western Art and the Art Nouveau Style – Modern Art, today’s article is about one of the most influential art movements of the twentieth century’s modern art: Cubism.

Today’s article is about the third element of nature, Earth. Earth is associated with stability and it’s considered to be all the things that bring nourishment, fullness and fertility; it is the ground beneath our feet and the foundation on which we build our lives.

Today I am moving on to another important style, this time from the Western Art: Baroque Style.
